Do you provide quotes through your website?
YES. Most of the projects that we carry out for clients are unique in some way and each project is therefore costed according to its own specifications. For an online quote, please complete our Request a Quote form.
Where are you based? Do you accept work in other locations?
We are based in the creative centres of London and Milan, but have partners in major cities across the world including NYC and Miami, and regularly work for clients in other countries.
Are you able to provide a full video production service, to include shooting, editing, post-production, DVD and BD authoring and industrial DVD/BD replication?
YES. Our company was conceived as a single reference point for multimedia solutions and has in-house creatives, hardware and software including a Video Production team, a Post-Production unit and a DVD and BD Authoring suite.
Do you provide industrial duplication and replication services for DVDs and BDs?
YES. We provide DVD and BD duplication or replication services and can even shoot, edit and burn discs on-site at events so that souvenir footage is ready and packaged in time for guests to take away with them.
Do you provide Graphic Design services?
YES. Our Graphic design team is at the heart of our business and comprises expertise across a range of design needs and media. Please see our Graphics page.
Do you provide Editorial Design services?
YES. We have been producing corporate newsletters for clients for a number of years and also publish our own classical music magazines, a market which is notoriously sophisticated and selective when it comes to good editorial design. What is a Corporate Video or a Corporate Film?
Corporate Videos are emotive films that, in recent years, have increasingly become the first opportunity for businesses to introduce themselves to their clients. Either on DVD or on the web, corporate videos can deliver a polished “best” presentation in any language of products and services, examples of how they can be used and testimonials from happy customers, as well as presenting the human face of your company. This can all be achieved in as little as 60 seconds, but more likely to be a couple of minutes. Videos can also be adapted for other uses such as conferences, exhibitions and other events. Do you produce Corporate Videos and Corporate Films?
YES. We have been shooting and editing corporate videos for longer than we can remember and started using DVDs for corporate films and presentations at a time (1998) when nobody else was. See our Video Production page for more information about the video services that we offer.
We are looking for some interesting locations for shooting video in Italy. Can you help?
YES. We offer a full location search service and can usually secure preferential rates. We are also able to offer a similar Europe-wide service and have partners in NYC and Miami in the US. See our designated Locations page for more information.
We already have a Corporate Video. We want to transfer it to DVD. Is that possible and is it expensive?
YES. We offer a pure DVD authoring service. In terms of cost, putting a simple film onto DVD is not a particularly expensive, although the costs increase slightly as the DVD becomes more complex with multiple languages, menus and sub-titles. What is DVD Authoring?
Authoring is the process of collecting audio, video, menus, subtitles, etc into an interactive branching structure that will eventually become a playable DVD. We use DVD authoring software to make a playable DVD. For more information, please refer to our dedicated DVD & Blu-ray page.
What is a Blu-ray Disc (BD)? Do you offer Authoring services for Blu-ray Discs?
YES. We offer Authoring for Blu-ray Discs. Blu-ray Disc (BD) is a “next generation” optical disc storage media format. It became the standard High Definition video format when the only major backer of its rival, HD-DVD, withdrew its support. How much data or video can be stored on a Blu-ray disc?
A single-layer disc can hold 25GB. A dual-layer disc can hold 50GB or 9 hours of High Definition video (about 23 hours of standard definition video).
I want a video shot in high definition. Do you have any experience of shooting in HD?
YES. We have been delivering HD productions since 2006 and have even shot high definition video from a helicopter using a Wescam. We have shot, edited and post-produced HD adverts as well as HD corporate videos. What is High Definition Audio?
High Definition Audio (HD Audio) is a specification, which was first released by Intel in 2004 for delivering high definition audio. Hardware based on HD Audio specs can deliver 192 kHz/32 bit quality for two channels and 96 kHz/32 bit for up to eight channels. We help our clients to exploit the higher quality audio available through HD Audio.
Do you offer web design services?
YES. We offer a full range of online services including web design and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). We have been designing web sites for our clients since 1996. For more information, please refer to our dedicated Web Design page.
What is Search Engine Optimization (SEO)? Do you offer SEO services?
YES. Our philosophy with regards to web design focuses on maximizing traffic. Our Search Engine Optimization specialists work hand-in-hand with our web designers from day one and input into every element from concept and structure right through to the FAQs! Are you an advertising agency?
NO. We do not compete directly with Ad agencies and offer a distinct service from them. Often Ad agencies will outsource part of a project to us whether it be for creative input or simply for production and post-production services. However, we also regularly work directly for clients, who would not otherwise employ an Ad agency. Our work for such clients often includes producing video, audio, internet or print advertising. Do you offer a media planning or buying service?
NO. We do not get involved in media planning or buying. Our independence, professionalism and objectivity are very important to us and to our clients.
What is Brand Consultancy? Do you have in-house Brand Consultants?
Brand Consultancy helps companies to build their brand equity so that their brand adds to the value and popularity of their products or services. Our in-house Brand Consultants help our clients with brand naming, brand positioning, visual identities and cross-media communications that build equity. We operate in a number of different countries each of which speaks a different language. Cultural sensitivity is extremely important to us. Do you offer any sort of translation or localisation services?
YES. We offer full localisation services for audio, video and all visual media. We localize audio and audio for video every day and take pride in our due diligence into cultural differences. When necessary we work with our strategic partners in order to deliver perfect native voices to meet any stylistic requirements.
Do you offer localization services for video games?
YES. We have worked on some of the best-known video games and offer audio and music localization, as well as text services. We can also provide consultancy on cultural differences that may affect graphics and the characters of video games. See our Localization page for more information.
What services do you offer in relation to events?
We offer two levels of event services. We work with event organizers, hosts or event management companies to provide multimedia content, such as video presentations, appropriate background music and souvenir DVDs. We can also organize an event from scratch including venue, theme, staffing, catering, entertainment and of course, multimedia content.
